Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Maximum adult weight is 40 pounds. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet. Two pets require a $600 non-refundable pet fee with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. A pet agreement on file is required.
